Admission host

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Admission Team!

Who We Are:

At Kassiopi Cove we provide play areas for children aged 0 – 11 years, our soft play is divided into different areas depending on your child’s age and abilities. We have amazing sensory equipment for children with additional learning needs. Inside our soft play you will find ball pits, swing balls, a spinning pin, bridges, tunnels, 2 fantastic slides and more! 

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for Admissions Hosts. 

As an Admissions Host you will be the face of the centre, being one of the first and last team members our guests interact with, delivering a magical experience from start to finish. 

Admissions Hosts will not be limited to one position across our entrance areas including; selling tickets and processing bookings on our tills, through to helping guests have a swift entry. Additionally, you will assist with crowd management – it really is a role like no other! 

In this unique role you will have the opportunity to interact with every single guest who visits our Soft Play - playing a key role in ensuring our guests have an efficient and memorable arrival and departure experience!

Our ideal Admissions Hosts are individuals who love working within fast paced environments. You will have an energetic, positive and proactive nature in order to deliver memorable experiences to our guests during long and busy visits! 

You will be someone who loves a challenge and is able to think on their feet, as you’ll be the first point of call for any issues. You’ll be someone who loves to share their passion and knowledge for the company and thrive in a work environment where you are presented with new scenarios on a daily basis. You must be capable of using your initiative and be passionate about delivering the best possible service each and every time!

Hours in this role range from 2 to 8 per day, working a mixture of long and short days, these will be rotated between the team. There is the opportunity for both part time and full time hours. Successful candidates will be required to walk long distances at a fast pace on a daily basis.
