Had my 6 year old daughters bday party there yesterday. All the kids had great fun playing, they all get on with it and you just sit and relax. The staff are helpful and the kids enjoyed the food and drinks, some even said it was the "the best party ever". Just remember to wear socks as you have to leave your shoes with staff before entering. It is a very popular venue so if you haven't booked, be prepared to wait sometimes. Best place to host a hassle free party in my humble opinion (my little one got home and fell asleep on the floor, that's how tired she was after the fun LOL)

Fabulous place. Always clean, well run, decent coffee and food. The new manager is really helpful. Definitely the best soft play around that ticks all the boxes!

I love this place so do my children we went there yesterday and they had a pirate running round playing with.the kids and it was just fantastic I would definitely recommend it

visited after school - supervisor, Hazel, recognised my name from my booking enquiry about it being suitable for autistic children. she came over and asked if my son was ok, if the music was too loud etc.

Went allow yday (have been many times before). Was very impressed with how the staff have adapted. It’s always been very clean anyway but it was shining yday. The staff are so helpful. They ensured all adults where masks when walking around/in the equipment. Will def return.

Lovely soft play. My daughter did not want to leave!

Staff were lovely and the equipment was clean and in brilliant condition. I went with a child that I babysit and he loved everything there! There was a place where all young children could play no matter the age. Each area is split into different spaces depending on the age of the children (0-2, 3-4, 5 and over).

First time being here for my neices 3rd birthday. Fun and entertaining for the little ones, clean, friendly and helpful staff.
They could use a better system for people leaving and people arriving, as you can see we are stuck waiting to leave as loads of people are arriving.
Maybe an in only and an exit only would help here.Have you opened a new location, redesigned your shop, or added a new product or service? Don't keep it to yourself, let folks know.

Food and drink are amazing. Especially hot choc!
Not the biggest soft play around but perfect sizing to let children play independently and still be able to see them.

Great little soft play. Perfect for a couple of hours play. They run the theme throughout the area which is nice. I'm not a fan of the adults removing shoes as well, purely as kids and babies drop food all over the floors and you can easily bash your toes as the tables and chairs for the adults are all crammed in with not much spare space although it does mean there's loads of seating for adults to sit at.

Very nice place and with multiple stages so kids can grow confident slowly.. highly recommended and there is free parking*(*read signs) right opposite.

5th Birthday party for my son and his friends. They all had a fabulous time and the staff were amazing

Clean play area, toilets and tables. Kids love it here 👌🏼 We always get a cheese and ham toastie too which is always quickly served. Hot choc with cream and marshmallows go does a treat!

Surprisingly good! Small enough for parents to keep an eye on the kids but large enough for kids to run around without needing supervision (age depending). Relatively clean also.

My favourite soft play! Always very clean, excellent service, friendly staff. Highly recommend! X

This place is great my daughter loves it go every weekend if I can must visit!If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.

The 0-2 soft play area is ok and my 1 year old child had fun in it. I pre-booked for a 10am play session, and was surprised at how crowded the baby area was- some parents said they hadn't booked and came anyway. So the sign for that area said 16 children...but it became very crowded and a bit hard for my child to get around.
She did have fun though, and I would come here again

The best place for hosted children parties in Erith. They have a clean well maintained soft play for all age groups. Soft drinks and snacks with plenty of space for adults to sit down while the kids play.

Clean and friendly soft play centre. Can get very busy particularly on weekends. It's advisable to phone before coming on weekends as sometimes they are booked up with children's parties.

I think this is one of the better soft plays locally, really cheap to go in, you don't pay for adults, they don't rip you off for drink/food and my little one loves it.She did have fun though, and I would come here again

Love this place, it's clean and hygienic. The play gyms are well maintained. The food is of fair quality, the kids meal deal is of good value, sandwich crisps drink and yougart for £3.50. 5 stars is not enough

Probably my favourite soft play in and around the surrounding areas. Purely because of how clean it is! The prices are fair, lots for the kids to play on (for all ages!) And staff are nice and welcoming

Lovely soft play centre! Very clean. I love their story time on Tuesdays. They have a pirate mascot that comes out. Very reasonably priced food too! I will definately be back with my toddler.

My son always has a fun time here,  clean,  a good size for the kids to play on their own and friendly staff.  Great prices too

Best soft play yet for me. Good bunch of children . The separate areas for children of different ages and good visibility from ample seated area of the more junior sections. Good coffee. Plenty of staff. Very clean. Slightly cheaper than others too. Plenty of natural sunlight too

Well priced, food is made fresh and my nephew had fun playing here, he even made some new friends.

We have brought our 3 year old daughter here a few times now and it’s always clean, very well priced and she always has a great time. Friendly staff and great facilities. Clean toilets and good food.

Clean, safe and lovely soft play. My son always loves it there. It's a shame they don't offer brown bread though and it's a bit on the small size

Great place to take the kids to to loose some of there energy. It does have a place inside to order food and drinks.

My children liked it very much clean and hygienic  I would recommend it to everyone . =))
