About Kassiopi Cove:

Kassiopi Cove is a pirate themed indoor soft play centre. We provide play areas for children aged 0 – 11 years, our soft play is divided into various areas depending on your child’s age and abilities.

Additionally, we have amazing sensory equipment for children with additional learning needs.

Inside our soft play you will find ball pits, swing balls, a spinning pin, bridges, tunnels plus 2 fantastic slides and more!

Job Description: 

Birthday Parties are a very special part of our business and you will be responsible for dealing with parents and children, making this day extra special for them. It’s your job to ensure each party group feels like a true VIP! The Party and Events Teams sole responsibility is the parties, ensuring each party runs smoothly and on schedule. Party hosts are required to be flexible throughout the week as bookings dictate schedule.

Tasks:

• Greeting party groups when they arrive. This includes taking food orders for the group, collecting guest’s shoes before they play and taking the group to their designated seating area or party room.  
• Looking after your party group for the duration of their stay at Kassiopi Cove.  It is important you ensure your guests have the best possible experience, so be sure to smile and interact! 
• Setting up the party room as well as ensuring the party room is clean and tidy after each party or event finishes. 
• Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously - Ensuring party bills are paid at the end of the party. 

Skills Needed:

• Good communication skill and interpersonal skills 
• Able to provide exceptional customer service 
• Problem solving and time management skills
• Supervision of party children 
• Professionalism and resilience  

Experience: 

Previous work experience involving interaction with children would be beneficial. Any experience involving customer services would also assist successful applicants.
